One of the most interesting tourist attractions around Morotai Island, Dodola is surrounded by extensive white sand beaches which actually connect the neighbouring islands of Dodola Besar and Dodola Kecil. The beautiful nature and the clear waters make it a great spot for swimming, diving, snorkelling and simply relaxing alike. There are several other islands to explore around here.
Dodola is also of some historical interest. During WW II General McArthur and his forces often used it for recreation.
How to Getting There? Dodola Island is only 5 miles from Daruba, the capital of South Morotai district, and takes 30 minutes to reach by speedboat.
